I have a passion for managing and organising events. I feel I am born with the skill to make any gathering worth remembering and happening.
I started my journey quiet early. I was just 19 when I first started my stint as an event manager and began doing club promotions and within a couple of months people and my superiors who had huge amount of experience started telling me, "Saransh you have a great skill and you will escalate the ladder of success very soon." This nudged me and burnt the fire inside me that I can do it.
I worked with Hide out nightclub as a manager and then later I also worked with Warehouse nightclub at chimney Heights.
After this I must say doors kept opening for me. One by one I got better opportunities and better people to work with. I have a four year experience and I worked with best of nightclubs and lounge bars like Score, Antidote,X-over (now S-Lounge).
Then one day an inspiration struck me. I thought I have worked hard to push so many lounge bars and nightclubs to fame then why don't I start my own event management company.
With this idea and a lot of experience behind me I laid the foundation stone of Team Event Management. And with this Saransh Rao became an entrepreneur.
Corporate events, road shows, brand promotions, theme parties etc started pouring in.
I have also worked with an international event management company International Institute of Perfect Arts (IIPA). I have been a team leader for a cultural event in Japan. On its completion, I received a letter of appreciation from the Governor of Japan.
I have also participated in World Expo Japan 2005 which was held in Aichi city Japan.
2007 was a great year for me, may be nine is my lucky number ;-)... I took another step towards success. I took a night club on lease in Panchkula and ran it successfully for more than a year.
Currently I am working with Wow!!! Marketing that is Event company based in Panchkula and deals in all kind of events , outdoor and indoor activities, brand promotions, artist management, corporate shows etc.
We have tie ups with all well known artists, DJ and celebrities like Bally sSagoo, Dj Aqeel, Dj NYK, Juggy D, Nikhil Chinnapa, Kailash Kher, Jagjit Singh, Wadali Brothers, Master Saleem, Sardool Sikander, Pankaj Udhas, Dj Sanj and many more.
